Diana M. Toma
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Toma, began her career as a biochemist, later adding experience in hospitality, customer service, and management. Diana is a key executive to Pegasus, as she oversees scheduling and ordering for our manufacturing and assembly lines, ensuring that Pegasus stays on track with orders and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Diana is overseeing our newest department involved in the development of hybrid fuel cells, and electric technology.
Eugen R. Toma
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Toma has over 9 years of experience in aerospace R&D and innovation, including structural design, engine and propulsion technology, avionics and space technology. As founder of Pegasus Aerospace, Mr. Toma is currently serving as the CTO. Prior to founding Pegasus, Eugen began earning experience at Fokker Aerostructures, a company that is recognized as a first-class specialist in the aircraft industry, and later co-founded VAST Aerospace, which later merged into Pegasus Aerospace. Eugen is a member and professional development chair at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics is FAA 107 certified and is a military veteran.
Eugen G. Toma
Chief Design Engineer
Mr. Toma has over 20 years of experience in engineering, design, innovation, and R&D, including structural design, computational fluid dynamics, mold design and development and metal construction. As a consultant at Pegasus Aerospace, Mr. Toma has had an influential involvement with product design and development. Eugen founded Arteh, an engineering and design company located in The Netherlands, which has provided 15 years of engineering and design services to Western Europe and is a military veteran.
David J. Mercado
Mr. Mercado is an electronic engineer that specialize in RF systems, and system integrations for manned and unmanned systems. David has over 17 years experience with the U.S. Army Signal Systems, rotary wing maintenance, over 2000 crew member flight hours and holds a FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificate. In addition, he has received his AS in Electronic Engineering from St. Petersburg College, and is a military veteran.
Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Keiser has a B. A. from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Seton Hall. As an attorney with DLA Piper, Mr. Keiser was instrumental in structuring and negotiating complex and high-profile real estate and M&A transactions. After private practice, he served as the Chief Risk Officer of a mid-size technology company, overseeing all legal, commercial and risk activities. Currently, Mr. Keiser is a partner as well as the in-house counsel for Pegasus Aerospace, and is a military veteran.
Mr. Ranjan served as the Vice President of a US Engineering for a mid-size technology company where he oversaw a team of 50 mechanical and electrical engineers and data scientists. Mr. Ranjan holds a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and a Bachelors of Technology in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering from SRM University, India. Nitin's background and experiences make him a valuable team member at Pegasus Aerospace.
Mr. Fears, has entered the Unmanned Aerial Systems field, more than 20 years ago, as a child when he was introduced to Remote Control Aircraft. Kevin has been building and flying small and giant scale RC Airplanes since he started into this hobby. Currently working for the USAF as a Special Hazard Fire Suppression Specialist, while also attending the UAS Curriculum at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Mr. Fears has been and is, our go-to person for successfully testing and flying our fixed-wing Experimental Unmanned Aerial Systems.
Mr. Guzewich, has entered the Unmanned Aerial Systems field, more than 15 years ago, as a child when he was introduced to Remote Control Systems. Peter has been building and flying small and giant scale RC Helicopters since he started into this hobby. Currently working for the USAF as an engineer for the AFRL, Mr. Guzewich has been and is, our go-to person for successfully testing and flying our Helicopter Experimental Unmanned Aerial Systems.
Frank H. Mayer, COL
Mr. Mayer is the CEO of Eagle Aviation, which conducts visual and instrumented inspections of power transmission lines with turbine helicopters. Eagle's inspection activities cover over 10,000 miles of line annually. In addition, Mr. Mayer has an active consulting practice providing several major aerospace companies with corporate strategies to aid in winning government contracts in the helicopter/UAV marketplace. To date he has generated wins in excess of $11BN. He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 through 1988 joining as a Private and ascending to full Colonel while attaining Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Auburn University. Mr. Mayer has over 1,900 hrs of combat flight in armed helicopters and was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for Valor.
